Setting up a business opportunity review site

Alot of people join E-lottery from a business opportunity website, the website am talking about does charge a yearly fee of £50ish.

Am thinking we could set up our own website - free to use - free to post reviews - maybe charge for people to advertise there affiliate links?.

Each person that views the website would give there details so we would have prospects and urls along side our reviews.

It would have to be done as a co-op, am sure theres enough people on here who can help host/design the website at a good price.

With some google ads etc, the website should pay for itself withing no time.

I think this should be a small co-op.
