how do u build your team?
Am just curious,
When you recruit and build your teams, generally the first level offers higher returns. Do you like to build your team over many levels and give it depth, or place straight under self so get highest return.
cheers

After trying many different ways of wide/deep/deepwide and so on, I have found the best way for me is to wait until 1 day before the end of period before I move anyone, that way if any of my new members signs someone up before the end of period then they stay on the front line and will probably qualify for another member from me (one of those that didn't sign any up).
to get higher than executive with vwd you will need separate legs with executive affiliates in them so if you put all your members deep then you wont qualify because they probably wont be in separate legs.
If you gave a member on level 3 two of your signups and those two turn out to be good recruiters and go executive then it will only count as one leg.
as for players, they can go anywhere, usually with someone that can do follow ups and conversion or I put them where they'll make me the most profit.

Hi Andy.
Need your expert advice mate. What i usually do is when i get a new member i put them under my partner straight away as she is also an affiliate. The meaning being she gets the £4 and £8's and i get the £1 and £2's so basically every member we get it works out either £5 or £10
What would you advice i do, as soon as i get the new member i place them under my partner or do you think i should place them the day before the business cycle?
Thanks mate

Hmmm this is an age old debate which will never be answered, and to be honest has no right or wrong answer.
The two basic points are put front line and reap immediate benefits, build downline and benefit long term.
There are two huge groups in the big K company.
One of them uses the principle of EVERYONE goes front line and then when you find someone who works, help them. Other than that focus on your income and if people quit they quit. They say they are here to build there own business so why build someone elses??
The other group builds deep, they give everyone away, on the understanding that by helping others you help yourself, and if people are earning then they wont leave.
The thing is both group leaders have HUGE monthly cheques and i mean HUGE. And they both do it differently so they both must work.
Ask my team or my sponsor and they will all confirm I am a great fan of the second option, building depth. If I can get everyone to play for free in elottery then they wont leave, if some of them start earning then once again they wont leave. And if people dont leave your group, then what happens?
You have a constant and steady income.
Over time you will find some workers, and these are the people you work on, and build faster.
At the same time if people dont leave your business, what happens? you get time to work on them and educate them, some people join to play the lottery and may have a nice lifestyle, job car etc.
Everymonth they get a newsletter talking about people earning an income, creating a lifestyle, quiting work etc. 3,6,16 months down the line something happens, and they need an extra income. And all of a sudden they get active, they build a HUGE team which you get a % of.
Now wouldnt you be annoyed if they had left your business? All for the sake of £4 a month????
One of the biggest problems in MLM is distributor retention. People leave, and we as MLMers spend a lot of time/money/effort to find em, just to let em go, thats plain crazy bonkers.
Its takes time to educate people, heck I have been 5 years at uni, to become qualified, and I still have to go find me a JOB. The longer you keep people in your business, the higher chance of success.
Heck they may just win the jackpot, or win the grab a gand, so you would win too.
Whilst I can see Andy's point on getting two EAs in the same leg means you wont get Group quickly, but one it may not happen, and two imagine the effect it would have on the person you gave them to, when they see an EA in their downline.
Think on this, say you earnt £4k a month from elottery, now thats a comfortable lifestyle for most people, I imagine ?
What would be the most important thing to you then? Would you want to stabilise and safe guard your £4k per month, or would you risk it to move up to say £6k a month????
Personally I would want to safeguard my £4K a month earnings, and they way to do that is to ensure people stay in your team, so I would go crazy bonkers mad giving people away. At the same time would also do competitions and reward people differnetly.
Imagine earning £4k a month and thinking YES i have made it and go off on holiday for a month, imagine whilst sat on the beach on your laptop, emaisl come through, player cancelled, affiliate cancelled etc. What would you think if you lost £2k a month ???????
Think I put my point across here, for me a stable group with consistant growth is a lot more important, than a huge cheque that could go tommorow.
End of the day we all joined MLM to make money, but money is a Hygenie factor and not a real motivator. We all have different reasons for REALLY being involved in MLM. My dissertation has proved that, money isnt the real reason, people are in this for a new challenge, better quality of life, to devolp themselves and others etc.
I think if you want a huge group, you need it to be stable. As I said no right or wrong here. And as long as you are recruiting, and then duplicating what you do to your downline you will succeed.
Also remember to yourselfs there is a lot more positive reasons of being in MLM other than money. I now have an army of friends all over the UK, in my team and not, people with different skills, I know 4 mechanics through MLM,
so if my car breaks guess what. At the same time if they want banking advice they come to me. People like to help people, someone high up in the top 100 offered me help the other day, and I am looking forward to working with that person. Other people in VWD help me with websites, and I help them with other stuff. Its more than just financial, obviously the money helps.
Thats my 5p worth, feel free to rip it to shreads!!
Sorry Another stupidly long post over.

Yeah TOP CLASS post Matey!
I do a simple conversion of
Width = Fast/initially big money and a relitively unstable long term business.
Depth = Slow/ongoing mony and a very stable business.
So its entirely up to you I try and have my business to a 1:4 ratio
If i have 1 person at level 1 , I want 4 people between level 2 - 7, therfor you earn the same amount from you level 2-7' as you do for your Level ones.
