Something we should all check?
Some of you may be aware that I have had problems receiving emails from VWD recently. I always used to get them, but recently I didn’t get the 5th birthday or the Euromillions rollover emails, and I realised today that I haven’t had any results emails for a while. I remember checking the box in my Back Office when it was launched, so I logged in and clicked on My Details. The email options are now under a separate button on the left labelled “Email Subscription” and when I clicked on it, all the options were unchecked!
I will email admin about this, but it may be worth everyone checking their email subscription, especially if they have had trouble receiving VWD emails.
