Hand Writing Envelopes

Hi,

I had a thought, if you were doing frogging letters do you think you would get a better repsonse by handwriting the envelopes or using printed labels.

Although I know it would be more time consuming.

Thanks

Marcus

hi mark, they do say that hand written ones work better, but i must admit i print the envelopes, i think either of these would work better than labels all the best

From a personal point I take far more notice of a handwritten envelope than printed labels, i even throw some away without opening then if I think its just postal spam.
I get a lot of mail though, as my business address is also my home address

I always hand write the addresses. I also use coloured envelopes, anything other than white or brown.

In my opinion, you have to look and it and decide if YOU would open it if it were sent to you.

I cheat. I have about 3000 fonts on my computer, many of them handwriting fonts (digital scrapbooking hobby ...). So I use clear labels with a handwriting font for all marketing materials.

I'm in Send Out Cards too where you can have our own handwriting printed on the envelopes and inside the cards. I've just started using that to send uVme invitation cards to US friends.
