Do Unused Bids Roll Up?

If I have Affiliate elot bidders cancel but they still have usunsed bids will they roll up to me?

I learned recently that "Total Leads" purchased by affiliates under me would roll up if they left - I have to say that surprised me, in a good way of course but I dont expect affiliates to leave.

I didn't know that, that is good, although as you say we don't expect affiliates to leave ;)
