I was having a think about this yesterday and i was thinking.... If for example john signed up under my evo site and then wanted to play his friend bert, he would maybe just tell him to go to www.vwdgamesitewhateveritisgoingtobecalled.com without my affiliate link which would place bert in the signup pool which would get given out to other members.

Surely VWD would have to have some kind of refferal system to introduce there friends so they stay in your downline eg. get paid £2.50 into your gaming fund when you introduce a friend who spends £10 or whatever?

That's a good point Pete.

I can understand an affilaite giving out their own website address, but there would be no incentive for a standalone player to do that, and as you say, they would probably just give out the main VWD website address for which you wouldn't be accredited your due commission.

The only way I can think of, that VWD would have got around this, is by not letting anyone (Bert) register on the main site without a login code, which would have to come from the person asking him to play a game i.e. John.

it is like in lottery now...if you try to join you are asked for guest login..if you do not have you will have one assigned by VWD...so we should notify future players after they join that there is a possibility to make money via referring friends if they upgrade to affiliate...it is the only chance for us

...or there could be some kind of Tell a friend for players and if they make their friends to come and play..they would be given to our downline as we referred John (player who invited others.)

..or in that Tell a friend feature could be a note that if they upgrade they can make money from their friends

most of the people are not going to want to faff about with the affiliate programe and just want to cain there mate at pool. Im sure VWD must have thaught about it.

Players will need to sign up one way or other in order to be allowed to play. They MUST signup under somebody's link. I suspect (speculation only) that players will be allowed to introduce others and receive credit for this, in numbers only UNTIL they upgrade to affiliate)

Good point Pete and I'm sure it will have been thought of. As simple code for each affiliate could resolve it I would have thought so that the players can only play games once signed up via this code.

I'm hoping that word spreads in this way and via the company doing maybe some worldwide promotion - maybe on a rotator basis with the affiliates in from day one. It can get very hard when your working hard without any assistance - whether that be from your downline or the company themselves.
