Frogging Card vs Letter
Hi All,
Recently i have been using a letter version of the frogging postcard.
I just wondered if anyone had similar success with both or more with one or the other. Thoughts would be appreciated.
Thanks
Marcus

I used the letter version but found it a very expensive to do. I used a mailing list and I dont know if this mailing list had been done to death because the responce rate wasnt very good. sometimes only getting 1or2 in a 100.
I tried putting it through people letterboxes and got 1 signed up after about 50 houses, so this is something am going to carry on doing.

Hi Sam,
So do you tend to use the frogging postcard for mailings and the letter for letter drops through doors, this was something i was considering.

Has anyone sent a frogging letter and placed a post-it note on top saying something like "I had this sent to me and thought you might be interested, H"
Basically all hand written and only sign it with an initial.
Also hand write the envelope so that it looks like someone has specifically sent it to them and not as a mailshot.
May be worth a try, I remember Big Al introducing this to me a few years ago and now it's come back to me. I'm going to give it a try on my next batch of mailings.

I normally hand right the envelopes yes but never thought about the post it thing. Will give that a try.
I would have thought the letter would be cheaper, i can get 1000 envelopes for £12 and then just the paper on top, obviously you have postage aswell.

I just got 1000 frogging postcards from Multileveldevil and I'll be buying DVD's at the Daventry BBW this weekend. I'll be putting the postcards through letterboxes locally and near work, so I can hand-deliver the DVD's, so no postage costs.
This is my first time at frogging. Up till now I've been putting the elottery flyer on windscreens and got nothing, so hopefully my luck will change. I'll let you know.
Anyone else got any signups from putting cards or flyers on windscreens? It seems to me that people just screw them up without even looking at them.

I used to sell e-books on ebay, and have accumulated a nice little mailing list. I sent out 35 envelopes with the frogging letters on Friday afternoon, 2nd class post, and tonight I have had 2 requests for the DVD.
I never know what to expect with these things, sometimes they work and sometimes they don't, but the thing we must remember is to keep at it. I still have about another 100 or so names and addresses to send to.
The next batch I will do what I said in the above post, i.e. the post it note thing...
Will let you know how I get on..
