Hi my name is Rebecca, and I live in Morden Surrey.

nice to meet you all!

I joined as an affiliate about a month ago, I know its still really early days but I still havent managed to sign up any new members, it really isnt for the want of trying either!
I bought 100 total leads ( all i could afford! ) but reading in the forums it sometimes takes up to a year for any of the prospects to join.
I spend hours ( almost to the point of obsession) at my computer placing free ads and writing bloggs.

I work at a small gym and have put up posters and left flyers on reception. And speak to almost everyone that comes through the door!

Unfortunatley I dont have any family to join ( only 8 year old daughter)

I joined Winners of wealth but im not really sure how it works or if it will help me.

At the moment I would just be happy to play for free, as if I have already put so much into this And I wont give up

I look forward to hearing from more experienced VWD'ers (lets face it, you all have much more experience than me! )

Rebecca

Hi Rebecca, welcome to the forum, you are right, set your 1st target at play for free.
Have you been in any of the online conferences yet? you will find details of them on the home page of your web site, or pm me for a full list.
As you say its early days yet, try to remember that when people tell you no they may just mean ...not right now... that is why we have many total leads sign up after they have been in the system for a while.

welcome

Hi Rebecca, firstly welcome to the forum, from one newbie to another dont lose sight of what you want, the first 2 months are always the hardest unless you had a list of people when you joined, like me i had no list and im in my 3rd month and its paying off, ignore all the negativity out there, the only reason why people moan is because they dont put any effort in and expect it to work, you sound as though you have many things covered and great stuff that your work place lets you advertise, slowly slowly with this business, belive me take a breathe now while you can, once people start joining you will be posting on here saying i cant cope lol, and also as soop says if you have the time spend 45 minutes a week in the conference rooms they will help, wishing you all the success,

Hi Rebecca,

Welcome to the forum.

Keep doing all the things you're doing. Over time, it will pay off. Have you bought any DVD's? Lending them out to people is a good way to find new members.

Managed to talk my brother into joining toady ( as a player)

Bit of a cheat though as he had to use my debit card to pay! lol

Makes me feel much better though now that I have a paying member under me.
Feels like i'm finally getting started!

Thanks for all your words of encouragement, it goes a long way!

Well done. Get some dvds and show them to people. Remember, the longest journey starts with one footstep.
