The latest technique that spammers are using is to send you an e-mail with a PDF file attached to it.
Usually the e-mail subject is only a couple of words and there is very little text in the message of the e-mail.
At this moment in time these PDF’s are only advertising something but it’s expected that they will start to carry malicious code in the very near future.
The reason why this type of spam is reaching you is because e-mail filters as yet cannot decode the PDF’s to see what the content of the PDF is.
As always be very wary of opening any attachments in e-mails from someone you don’t know.
What you can do to help in the fight against spam though is to forward any e-mails you receive that are spam to
