Problem sending personal emails through vwd site

Good evening,

Just thought i would report a problem to you all which i have been experiencing.
When sending personal email to all my prospects, the aol, hotmail and fsmail receipients seem to return undelivered.

I have sent an email to admin who are looking into it. I first noticed it over the weekend, and reported it on 31/12/06. Just sent another batch of email and still happening. Sent another mail to admin asking for clarification when it will been resolved
I've been trying to remind my prospect about the Euromillions rollover. I sent 266, but 30 were returned undelivered. Not a huge amount i know, but how many of those 30 could be potential sign ups!!

Don't know if the rest of you guys have been experiencing this, but thought i would let you know

I've had exactly the same problem - over 60 non deliveries on a memo sent to my prospects last Friday

Yes i had this just after christmas, email sent to 3046 prospects with around 250 returns

Sent out about 2500 Tuesday and had about 65 non deliverable (mostly hotmail) I just assumed some people change their email adress but having read the posts above I'll take it up with head office

Have just spoken to admin again, who confirm there is a problem with sending to AOL. The other addresses i.e. hotmail and fsmail, are all fine.

If you get undelvered from either hotmail or fsmail, then te customer has probably chaged their address, or the problem is on their side.

Admin, will let me know as soon as the issue with AOL is ok, and i will post here
