I haven't heard any official information on this? If this is genuine information then I am very excited by it and think it will have a great impact on my business.

hi simon, thanks for the positive words, whilst i have to say i am a little annoyed at how this has been broken, a 1 line email telling me to changes have been made to the t+c's and to please go and read them it is 100% official, i like you believe this will have a fantastic effect on people less unfortunate to others to now build a team of people, regardless if these new affiliates promote straight away, how many of us did ot take 3 months before things started to work, and i think with this change its one of them that will cause an immediate argument but if it was viewed on what could happen over a period of time then thats where i think you will see the results.
Just for those that havent received the email:
Dear e-lottery Affiliate

Non-paying affiliates
Does anyone know if non-paying affiliates count towards qualification levels or not?
Tks, Joy

hi joy, great question, as far as i am aware there are no plans to change the commission plan, i have asked a few questions to try and get a clearer pictue and a newly appointed affilate should count towards the qualification you just dont receive a commission on that one member, no doubt something will be bought in to counteract the change but lets keep fingers crossed

Hi,
I presume this will be pointed out in any new dvd's or on the website when people sign up. As i use the frogging method alot would this have to be changed at all do you think or would be ok left as it is.
Thanks
Marcus

Q.in response to the new t+c's whilst i am fully support of the changes i need to ask what will happen to the streaming movie on the website as from the 1st may it will be in breach of the new regulations, i am aware that there is a new DVD coming out but would you have a time scale on this as again the old one will be no use, i know and understand that at the moment due to the chnages you are all working to make this as easy as possible but these are some of the questions being asked for which i dont have the answer to.
A.No final decisions have yet been made on the fate of the curent DVD or the movies on the website.
Members will be notified of any changes in due course. A new Movie is in the planning stages but as yet we can not give a time scale
i think it best to say business assual at the moment and im sure things will become more clear as we go into april ready for the change in may, i will of course post any new info as i find it out to help with the confusion and to try and keep things as normal as possible, i dont use the froggin method but would imagine if your promoting for affiliates i dont see why you cant continue to advertise both a fiver a week to play and 4.99 to recruit as really you are still being true in what you say if people join as affilaite they can still play for free by introducing 5 people so really i will ask the question but when you think about it whichever way you advertise it will still be correct and if people only select being an affiliate when they join then they will just promote, its like a premium rate competition really, you eoither pay, text or claim your free online entry so if people choose the free entry side so to speak then really thats down to them, you havent broke any rules form where i can see as you advertised in the first place for affiliates to play and recruit, does this help or have i confused more, if you carry on the way you are then i dont think things will go wrong for you if you promote free entries then all you will get is free entries, i think it makes more sense and i think this is where the networking phrase will come in to effect, rather than keep people on level 1 as so many do i think its important that you need to help your downline and pass people down to help them get of the ground and play for free, so i ask myself a question is this change really going to make a difference my answer would of course be no, the bonus is it now lets you recruit anyone and can be left to their own devices if they so wish but for those of us that support members daily then we will just continue to do the same

USA and new T&Cs
Hi folks,
Pleased by the prospect of opening up USA again, I contacted head office with the following question, before contacting my downline and ex-USA members:
"Can you tell me please, does the "no need to play" now open up e-Lottery
to the USA again? i.e. Can Americans join as affiliates, promote and earn commission, so long as they don't play?"
Unfortunately the reply I received was:
"No we have no intention of moving back into the American Market as it was so minimal anyway. Regards, Gary, e-Lottery Member Support"
It wasn't minimal in MY downline!! I had quite a healthy group!
Anyway, that would appear to be the definitive answer, unless anyone has any other information?
Joy

hi joy, if i were able to promote this to ex members in my downline from the usa if i had any then i would, i can not see any reason why if it does not break any of there laws for which not playing will not affect them then really i would go for it, i can perhaps of course see the point from member support that perhaps they will have a struggle as they can only promote outside of the usa so maybe the volume of work would be low, but if you have members in your downline that have shown you in the past that they can perform then it got to worth a chance, i will of course raise this matter further and ask why this is the response from member support, it may be the company has no ittention of moving back into america but as an individual there will be nothing stopping you form doing it, if its going to worth your while, i will re post once i have investigated this very valid comment further thanks joy after all lets face facts, if you were to get an american sign up once the date comes then what can you do to stop them as no laws are being broken speak soon

I'd like to see it opened up to the USA again. Even if the numbers were low before, now with uVme, there would be a lot of new US members who'd like to do both.
Also, I could be wrong, but I thought the problem with Americans playing was the ban on financial institutions from processing gambling payments, not on actually playing the lottery. If an American were to be a non-playing affiliate, then recruit their way to playing for free, they could then legally play, becuse they don't need to involve their financial institution other than to bank their commission and winnings cheques.
Does anyone know if that's the case?

Just had another thought...
Think of all the community groups and charities that would be able to join for 4.99 then use it as a fundraiser. They can do this now, but not having to pay to play at first opens it right up.
