Is anyone clever enough to come up with some templates
that we could all use, one to promote for players and one
to promote for affiliates?, then all we have to do is give the
url we want to promote to the printer.

While I am here I would also suggest buying some for
friends and family and ask them to put them in their
cars to promote your businesses.

It also may get them interested enough to join you.
