Free Upgrade - Why dont people take it?

I have been offering Players a FREE upgrade for the last Two weeks - I even had a new Player today reply to my email to say:

No thanks I’m ok with the one I have

Why is this - what could they think I am up-to?

I say if they upgrade I will send them the £5 - in effect starting theor businesses.

they're "dull'ards" or however you spell it, they don't know when they are on to a good thing, or maybe just scared!!!!

Ive tried this also in the past and it didn't seem to work, crazy isn't it!

I may try it again to players in my group, thing is i always seem to find that when i contact my players the following day i always seem to get some leave my group!

Its as though they totally forget they play e lottery then i remind them that they do then they think "Oh i havnt won the lottery yet" and leave

I had another player leave today because the wins were to small - Arghhhhh

I fear your correct with that "Reminding them" bit - I have has people leave after I emailed them.

Its only today I have started calling people - thats down to Andy's telephone hounding lessons.

I have been calling the people who didnt fill in their address details when using the Big Ads system - I havent got the knowledge yet to start calling potential members in an attempt to get them to join up.

I was told today that somebody had called one of my leads (the one I called and chatted to) saying the exact same thing a few days ago..hmmmm.

Im best leaving them be i think and working with the group that do well in my group

I think people are perhaps under the impression that you are trying to arm-wrestle them into something. You know what people can be like, if they think your forcing the issue then they'll back away or worst still bolt.

I've offered (in a gentle incentive type way) to refund the £5 as well for anybody signing up as an affiliate - no takers as yet though.

And I thought it was just me who'd failed miserably offering Players a free upgrade. Not one of my guys even replied with a 'No thanks'. Three of them simply upped sticks and left!

As Tottenham Boy said 'leave them be'!

Im glad it is not just me it happens to then. I had it not long ago i sent my entire group an email regarding the rollover. Following day my email book read "Cancelled VWD member"

Such a pain. I was talking to my sponsor Dave beavis the other day and we were wondering how many cancellations say a Neil Verlander gets or an Ian orford. They must literally lose hundred of pounds per month members dropping out.

What i also hate is when a player gets suspended for not paying there subscription. I email all the people about updating there cards, do you think they do it? Arghhhhh

yes i have the same troubles as the rest of you.

one player did upgrade and has not responded to me so i cant get his money back to him lol...

they just do becuase they want to i guess and us trying to help them they think this is not as good as it sounds if it was why are they trying to givr it away - i dont know just an idea

Same happened to me Grant, placed 2 double playing players under a double affiliate and he left, offered free upgrade to the 2 players and they left.
Some people are just strange and should be left alone.
I have since decided to just send an email to new players and affiliates and see if they respond, if they don't send one more after a week or so then leave them well alone.
