Do you upgrade members?

Hi Guys,

Do you contact you players and try to get them to play both lotto's if they are not already?

Also is it worth contacting them and asking them to upgrade to an affiliate?

Anyone had any luck with the above?

I would leave it a couple of weeks, as a player would receive a couple of emails automatically telling them of the benefits of upgrading.

Don't want to scare them off!

I leave it to VWD followup. Players have no idea or interest in who I am - as far as they are concerned they joined eLottery with VWD. (Affiliates different story).

Do members also recieve an email telling them of the benefits of becoming an affiliate?

I dont think I ever recieved anything and it was about 6 weeks before i became an affiliate from just a player.

Various types of customer get different follow-up emails. It may have been added since you joined as VWD frequently don't tell us when they add or change things (ahhh!).

I always send a welcome email to players showing them the benefits of upgrading to affiliate, if they are in one draw i don't try to get them to play both. Had about 4 players upgrade to affiliate from my emails.

Basically it's up to you i only keep doing it because one of them didn't realise what affiliate meant!

Yes I too always send a brief welcome email.

Remember they do automatically get one from you through the system.

i send them a welcome message and also add in it - is there any reason you didnt join as an affiliate so you can play for free/earn an extra income? is it because you did not understand the system or simply didnt know about it.
