What Made You Join?

Can I ask everyone, which prospecting method made you join?
And was your sponsor known to you or a stranger?

Going by all the tips at training events etc, I predict most people are recruited by a known contact (i.e. 'the money is in the list')

Personaly it was a (frogging) postcard, which led to the (free) Dvd, which I watched twice that day then joined.
My sponsor was a stranger who used a mailing list.

I'm also interested to see if anyone was recruited using G,A,G flyer as I just got 5,000 of them.

Thanks.

Ernie.

I joined initially through a gag entry that i found on a random site.
My sponsor was completely unknown to me at that time but i am now in regular contact with him.
He was on stage at Warrington.
By chance he is fairly local to me
So it was a lucky day for me when i joined.

My sponsor quit, big mistake, that is costing him hundreds per month in lost earnings.

I joined after seeing someones link on another MLM forum. I kept going back and having another look, until I thought, what the heck! I had been looking around for quite a while for something to run alongside my other business but didn't want to be delivering any more products than I already do, so this is ideal for me!

It was the DVD that got me, I had seen VWD about before on the net and I had a flyer through the door, but I hadn't really looked at it properly until i had the DVD.

An old school pal who got in touch with me on friendsreunited and she added me to her prospector. I admit I ignored the first three emails, as I was busy with another MLM and work, but then I watched the Wildfire video too and then I thought I give it a go. Then I met James Holden my main Upline and then never looked back :) Thanks to Tracy.

Smile Cause.

I was actively seeking something to do from home, I had been working overseas for ages - I am not a morning person, I was a pro DJ for 15 years so you see my issue! It's not lazy, I am not lazy at all - I just do things later in the day than most others.

Anyway - I did a search and found the standard thin long scroll down shoddy looking webpage by Martin Waterhouse, I joined from that.

That was the early days though - there wasnt much advertising around for VWD.

I thought that if it didnt work I wouldnt lose much money at all so I gave it a go.
