Hi,

Thanks fr that, do you use printable because you print on them or just cause they look better. Also 16x should be ok for pc and dvd players i would think.

Cheers

I've just started using DVD's for a couple of specific small campaigns - not being technically minded, what is required from a PC point of view to make your own?

I know I need the DVD-R blank discs however, don't think my PC has a writer (if that is the terminology)!!!

Hi,

I have a dvd rewriter on my pc and use this with nero to copy dvd/cds.

I am not sure about printing on them though as i have never done this but would be interested to know from anyone who has done this. I don't know if you print directly onto the dvd or print off a sticker to go on it that is shaped like the dvd shape.

Cheers

Print on DVDs

Hi,
I use an Epson R300 printer (about 80 quid) and it prints directly onto the disc which gives a more proffesional look, and does'nt take long. You can also use the stickers like press it lite, they are ok, but you can get the odd crinkle in it.
Also i get the inks well cheap off ebay for just over a pound each one(it takes six cartridges, but they can last a while).
Hope this helps,
Cheers,
Vinnie.
