Blank DVDs
Hi Marcus,
I use a Lady on ebay, and have ordered quite a few in the past.
You can get
10 RIDISC EXTREME AAA+ 8X WHITE PRINTABLE BLANK DVD-R
PACKED IN HIGH QUALITY PVC SLEEVES for 2.40 +£1.25 p&p, or if you like here is the item number 110060460308.
If you punch that in you will be able to see her other discs for sale, or better still, here is her ebay shop picsy62-discs
Good Luck.
Vinnie.

Hi,
Thanks fr that, do you use printable because you print on them or just cause they look better. Also 16x should be ok for pc and dvd players i would think.
Cheers
Marcus

I've just started using DVD's for a couple of specific small campaigns - not being technically minded, what is required from a PC point of view to make your own?
I know I need the DVD-R blank discs however, don't think my PC has a writer (if that is the terminology)!!!

Hi,
I have a dvd rewriter on my pc and use this with nero to copy dvd/cds.
I am not sure about printing on them though as i have never done this but would be interested to know from anyone who has done this. I don't know if you print directly onto the dvd or print off a sticker to go on it that is shaped like the dvd shape.
Cheers
Marcus

Print on DVDs
Hi,
I use an Epson R300 printer (about 80 quid) and it prints directly onto the disc which gives a more proffesional look, and does'nt take long. You can also use the stickers like press it lite, they are ok, but you can get the odd crinkle in it.
Also i get the inks well cheap off ebay for just over a pound each one(it takes six cartridges, but they can last a while).
Hope this helps,
Cheers,
Vinnie.
