Well from my point of view I think it was an amazing day for myself and one of my affiliates that I brought along with me. I wouldnt have missed it for the world...

I could say what it was all about but with all due respect, someone that lives 20 minutes down the road from one of these events that puts a football match as being more important than there future needs there head testing lol.

I do not mean to cause offence by that comment, I just dont get some peoples way of thinking, I mean there were people that made the trip from ireland. Even I made the trip from Bournemouth and we had to endure a 5 hour drive back home because of an accident but was totally worth it and would do the same tomorrow - but hey, if your happy and have a thriving business then watching a football match instead of attending these not to be missed events is a great idea *wink*

Yes the meeting was very good. Here are some of my memories of the event: -
  • Malcolm Horsey was the main speaker on the day, and was inspiring throughout.
  • He raised people's awareness of the many tools in the back office, including how they function and how best to make use of them.
  • Stuart Gale got us to practice replying to an accusation from someone who thinks that our business is a 'pyramid scam'.
  • Another trainer (can't remember his name) explained how to go about building our list.
  • One person (who's featured on the DVD) explained how he managed to recruit one particular member, after being asked what job he does - 'I kill people'.
  • All audience 'volunteers' were handed a free e-Lottery DVD.
  • Others could buy a batch of 25 DVDs for £10 - that's only 40p each WOW !
  • Eric Avery told us about his recent trip to China, in advance of the upcoming Project e-Play.
  • I briefly got chatting with MikeC and ********.com during one of the intervals.
  • After the main meeting was over at about 16:30, Ray St. Clair from Spain - pictured here spoke to those who had time to hang on a bit longer. Unfortunately I couldn't wait round for this, as I had to head back to Stansted to catch pre-booked flight home.
All in all, it was definitely worth attending !!

I don't think Mike's comment wa odd at all. In fact he has hit the nail on the head.

It's not coincidence that the people who regularly attend these events pick up some of the biggest commission cheques each month.

Let me get a few things straight here - 20 mins down the road? Ha ha maybe if i was flying by concord Mike yes then maybe

Secondly as stated before - For a birthday present my parents treated myself and 4 friends to tickets to go and watch Chelsea V Tottenham, i had bought my ticket to the meeting previous to this but unknown to me my parents decided to treat me and also my friends. They paid £60 each for the 5 tickets, we had a limo take us to the ground all paid for by my parents and then after the game we had lunch at a top London restaurent, all paid for by my parents. Now i was NOT going to throw that back in my parents faces, they work hard for what they have and i wouldn't disrespect my parents money like that. The whole day must have cost my parents around £650. Could you imagine there faces me turning round and saying "Oh sorry mum dad cant make it im afraid, thanks anyway!"

Don't think so buddy do you?

Please don't judge how i run my business and what i do in my spare time, i currently have 125 members in my team how many have you got?

It was a fantastic day, and I am sure everybody enjoyed what was on offer.
Ray St Clair came up with a great new advertising concept, but it would be difficult to explain it here. For those of us who stayed on, we were treated to a rundown on the adverts that Ray is proposing. Simply put, he has put in a massive amount of legwork, and webwork, to advertise in the in-flight magazines of a lot of the major airlines, and he has got them to agree on a series of ads over a period of six months, at a cost of £1800.00 a month.
Ray proposes a set up of 6 people to share the cost;£300. each a month, for one magazine, per airline.
He has done all the webpages, capture pages, rotator, and in fact a complete package, ready to roll out to those wishing to take part.
Considering that an airline passenger is a captive audience, and given that this could be rolled out over many airlines, there is a projected conversion rate of 0.35%. ( The airlines quoted a rate of....3% and 1% depending on those approached... but they would say that , would'nt they?)
The figures were, to say the least, awesome, and judging by the number of us that were left in the room, there was quite a dignified scramble to get the details, and an application form. Suffice to say, he ran out of forms, but I think there will be details available soon.
My son, who was with me, has some knowledge of what Ray was talking about, and was one of the first to sign up!
I think that is the gist of what was on offer, but please don't shoot me if some of the details are not quite right!!

Well actually, yes it was an odd comment to make. Who is anyone to judge what we do with this business.?

It's trying to imply that I am not happy with my life when you break it down.

vwd is not my main business, when I joined my goal was to play for free. I have well surpassed that, but In my opinion I have a great money:life enjoyment ratio!

So why do I need my head testing??

I know Mike probably didn't mean it like this, I'm only justifying why I think it was an odd comment.
