If you use website SAYNOTO0870.COM - Non-Geographical Alternative Telephone Numbers which lists the local numbers for companys so you dont have to pay as much, you might have noticed the GAG banner - I bet this person gets lots of sign ups but i have never seen them on the vwd page are they a member of the forum or in someones downline?
If they where getting that many signups they would be in the top 100 list in your back office ? Have you looked for there name ?
You have to get thousands to view any banner to get any resonable click thru rate.
