Guest attempted to join

I have an email from vwd saying a guest has attemped to join. Are there any template emails I can send them to help them with thier application?

Any help with this would be great as its my 1st one! ( other 2 were family)

I havent got any templates but in my opinion there are 2 important things to look at in the email from VWD.

- Did they make a payment attempt?
- What country are they from?

If they did make a payment attempt then this could be a problem with there payment choice so remember to include that somewhere in the mail to them.

If they are from the USA then dont even bother contacting them unless you are in UVME.. you can contact them about that instead as they cannot play e-lottery due to gambling laws.

The best thing you can do though is pluck up the courage to phone them - before you do that though think about what made you join up and then use that in conversation etc etc.
