uVme Placements

Hi all, i thought there was a thread done for uvme placements but i couldnt seem to find it.

My issue is:

I want to place all my directly sponsored people underneath my 3 top (guarenteed uvme accosiates) so that means I will be giving away 350 of my personally sponsored.

Some of the peolple that I want to place already have people underneath them. so will i be able to place these poeple now or with 28 days of the launch of uvme? or not at all?

Also as uVme works in 3x 3x 3x and so on do you think that placing all these people is a good idea or not.?

Am i right that to make uVme real profiable you only need your 3 associates on your frontline? and any more than that, then you are not usinng your associates to there maximum profitabilty?

I am in stick situation here and I think many others may have these queries.

This is in the back office under "associate placements"

Any uVme associates who have started building their groups will not be available for placement, EXCEPT IN the 28-day run-up to launch – and only “active” associates will be able to place these associates (and their entire group) during this period. After launch, you will still be able to place associates if they meet the other criteria.

The thing that catches my eye is the word EXCEPT so does this mean we are able to place any with or without a group underneath them within this 28 days?

Yes that is exactly what it means and we will receive warning when the 28 days approaches

That's the way I see it, build a deep strong team and move up the levels, no point at all in having more than 3 front line unless you have such a massive team you don't need to move any more down

Even though you build deep, this still doesn't mean you go up the levels does it?

Surely this will depend on the people at the bottom joining first, which will encourage the members above them to join in order to get their fast start bonus.

I spoke to head office about that recently - if you aren't active yourself when one of your referrals becomes active, you'll lose the FSB for that person.

As I see it there is far more incentive with uVme than there was with e-lottery. Given the structure of the levels it is in your uplines interest to place people under you - which wasn't the case with e-lottery. Everybody knows that it is the hardest time when you first join as you don't know what to do and can be demoralising at times. uVme should see new starters moving up the levels quite quickly and earning decent money - even though they may be green around the gills with online businesses.
