I’ve just received the email below from HQ, which to be honest, I’m not very happy about.
It would appear that as Brits, we have to pay twice as much as people in the States but only get half the commission! Whereas people in the States pay half as much as us and get TWICE the commission as us.
I think that as owners of our own uVme businesses we have to keep an eye on finances and keep overheads as low as possible. We also have to realise that by far the bulk of the uVme market is going to be outside the UK, so UK associates are going to lose out financially. The only fair way I can see, to get around this unfair situation is to allow people to choose their membership currency prior to joining, or to use one price for all – just like they do with e-lottery.
From previous posts on this forum I’m beginning to doubt my sanity with regard to this pay plan. Am I the only one who sees it this way or can anyone else relate to the problem?

Hi Peter,
Please refer below to a quote taken from the uVme website (located under the "Ways To Fortune" tab).
"Thanks to the "Fast Start Bonus", when you personally sponsor other uVme Associates who qualify as "active" within their first 28 days of joining, you get paid (depending on the Associate's location) £100 for Associates based in the UK; EUR100 for Associates based in Europe; and USD$100 for Associates based in the USA and the rest of the world."
Therefore, in response to your enquiries:
1) If I am an active USA associate (paying $200 and $65 a month) and I
introduce an active UK associate, how much would my fast start bonus
be?
You will receive £100 Fast Start Bonus for every UK Associate you personally introduce who become "active" within 28 days of joining.
2) If I am an active UK associate (paying £200 and £65 a month) and
I introduce an active USA associate, how much would my fast start bonus
be?
You will receive USD$100 Fast Start Bonus for every US Associate you personally introduce who become "active" within 28 days of joining.
If you have any further enquiries, please do not hesitate to contact us.

That seems to contradict the post at the start of this thread with regards to what fast start bonus a US associate gets for introducing a UK associate.
This is getting ridiculous, the cost and commission should be a single amount for everyone, how can you have several different prices for different countries when you run a global business?

Peter, I saw that you asked the question in the conference room last night and I thought you got the same reply as I did - that a US associate would get USD 100 FSB for sponsoring a UK associate.
So, one of our replies from Admin contains a typo or alternatively the staff there aren't clear on the payplan themselves. Logically speaking, I can't comprehend that a US associate would really get GBP 100 - it's totally unfair if that is the case. But I'm still hoping the reply you got is incorrect. So I'll hold back with the brickbats for now!!

If this is correct
Question...........
If YOU were an American resident, where would you direct your online sponsoring activities? The UK maybe?
Seems a bit harsh, if this is truly the case........
I for one, hope that there is a bigger picture here that i am missing at the moment.

The way i understand it is that we get up to the ammount we pay which makes UK the best place to join. Lets say you sponsor
3 x USA
3 x EU
3 x UK
If you lived in the USA you would recieve
3 x USA associates = 3 x $100 fast start bonus
3 x EU associates = 3 x $100 fast start bonus
3 x UK associates = 3 x $100 fast start bonus
= $900 = £450
If you lived in the EU you would recieve
3 x USA associates = 3 x $100 fast start bonus
3 x EU associates = 3 x €100 fast start bonus
3 x UK associates = 3 x €100 fast start bonus
= $300 + €600 = £550
If you lived in the UK you would recieve
3 x USA associates = 3 x $100 fast start bonus
3 x EU associates = 3 x €100 fast start bonus
3 x UK associates = 3 x £100 fast start bonus
= $300 + €300 + £300 = £650
That is how i have understood it although i may be wrong.

This is not how VWD see it. See my post above for their reply to my email.
If a US associate introduces a UK associate they get £100 FSB, whilst if a UK associate introduces a US associate they only get $100 FSB.
As UK affilaite associates are paying TWICE as much as US associates do you think this is fair?

I have got impression that this statement is correct.
To maki it simply. No matter in what currency you paying your fees (no matter from which country you register) you will get 100 USD FSB for US Associate, 100 GBP for an UK Associate, and 100 EUR for an Associate comming from European Union.

The bigger picture ..............
If a UK person gets more than a US or Euro person or vice versa or whatever this silly argument is about, the point is - HOW MUCH WOULD YOU BE GETTING WITHOUT VWD ?
This is a fantastic opportunity and we should appreciate it for what it is instead of picking on what is essentially minor technicalities.
Dont you think VWD have put a lot of thought and effort into this whole project ?

No offense mate but you sound like a cult member!! I think VWD are wonderful but see nothing wrong whatsoever in discussing the finer points of the payplan and criticising the company if I feel they've made a bad call. It might not make me popular but it's actually dangerous for the company leaders, or indeed any leaders, to have only yes men surrounding them.
